3 & 5 Item Plans
Our 3 item and 5 item plan members should return their box back to us using the enclosed Royal Mail Returns label. You can return via any Post Office or head online to the Royal Mail website to arrange your free collection. Please return this as soon as possible to avoid delays with your future swaps.
10 Item Plan
We'll collect your old box at the same time as delivering your new one. On the new box, there will be a separate DPD returns label. Your DPD driver should attach this label to your returns box and take it away with them. Make sure you have your box packed and ready on the day. You'll receive a 1-hour delivery window for each delivery.
If you're not going to be in and missed your collection
If you're not going to be in for your Swap, you can still have your new parcel delivered to a safe space or neighbour with your 'in-flight' options from DPD. You can then use the returns label provided to send the old box back by dropping it off at any DPD Local Drop off point. You can find your closest one here.
You can also request to return your items via Royal Mail, just get in touch.
For 3 item plan members, you will receive a notification from Royal Mail on the day of delivery and can ask them to leave it in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
Pausing or cancelling your subscription
If you're pausing your subscription and just need to send your rentals back, when you submit a request to let us know, we'll send you a free Royal Mail returns label to attach to your box.
You're then able to return your items via any Post Office or PostBox.
