We understand that sometimes accidents happen and damage can occur to one or more of your rentals. As standard, we include a level of insurance against light damages to your items, so you don't have to worry.
Light damages include:
- Stains which can be removed during our cleaning process
- Broken zips
- Tears on the seam line
- Light fading
- loosening of stitching
If any of these occur, there's no need to inform us and you can send them back as normal.
In some instances, there might be some extra damage including tears in the fabric, stains which cannot be removed. If damage like this occurs, let us know and supply photos of the damage.
We'll assess the damage and make every effort to repair it. However, if it is not possible to repair it, then your payment card will be charged the full price of the item, with our standard discount. We will let you know before we do this and will be confirmed in your support ticket.
