There's no need to wash, dry and iron your clothes before sending them back to us as we'll handle the laundry and ironing process on return.
During your rental period, you may decide to wash and dry your clothes, so here's a handy guide on how to take care of them.
Always read the label
Every item will have care instructions on how to safely wash and dry it. We recommend that you don't tumble dry any item, even if the label allows, to prevent unnecessary shrinkage to your clothes.
For those products able to be washed, always wash on a low temperature with a non-bio detergent to protect the clothes.
Some clothes will be newer than others so there may be some colour transfer. Always make sure you're keeping colour groups separate from each other, for example wash whites together but separately from colours.
Dry cleaning
Dry clean only items cannot be washed in a washing machine. You shouldn't need to clean these during your rental period but if you do, always ensure you take it to an authorised dry cleaner and keep your receipt in case there's a problem.
Ironing
You may wish to iron your clothes before wearing them. Make sure you read the label as some items cannot be ironed. When you do, make sure you use the appropriate temperature setting.
