Cancelling your subscription
We're sorry to hear you're thinking of cancelling your subscription.
To begin the process of cancelling your subscription, simply log on to your account and go to "Cancel My Subscription" where you can request a cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle and you are free to wear your rentals up until your subscription expires.
When you've submitted your request to cancel, you'll be advised on the next steps.
You must drop your box off before your renewal date or your subscription will renew.
We'll send out your returns label via Royal Mail when you request your cancellation, usually within 24 hours. If you've not received it within 24 hours, please get in touch.
Pausing your subscription
You can pause your subscription by following the same cancellation process as above. You can restart your subscription at any time by placing a new order through the website.
You'll need to enter your payment information in and re-set up your account.
