Around 7 days before the end of your rental period, you'll receive an email from us to tell you to pick your next set of items for your new Box. Do this close to your renewal date so you get your items soon after choosing them.
When you've done this, you'll receive your new box at the start of your new rental period. This will happen automatically, and you don't need to do anything else.

If you're cancelling or pausing your subscription
If you're cancelling or pausing your subscription with us, our support team will provide a returns label. We'll let you know when to send this back and when it's time, just drop it off to any Post Office or PostBox.
